Joshua Thomas McDaniels, an American football coach who currently serves as the head coach of the National Football League’s Las Vegas Raiders, was born on April 22, 1976. (NFL). He started his NFL career in 2001 with the New England Patriots, where he worked for 14 non-consecutive seasons as the offensive coordinator. New England set a record for points scored and became the first team to win all 16 games of the regular season in 2007 during McDaniels’ initial tenure as offensive coordinator, which lasted from 2006 to 2008. The Patriots won three Super Bowl championships during his second tenure, which lasted from 2012 to 2021: Super Bowl XLIX, Super Bowl LI, and Super Bowl LIII. McDaniels was one of the Patriots players who attended all six of their titles during the Brady–Belichick era. McDaniels led the Denver Broncos as their head coach from 2009 to 2010 in the interim between his time with the Patriots. In 2022, he relocated away from New England once more to take the Raiders’ head coaching job.
