Adorning denim like they did in their concept photos, we encounter boys as they approach a mystical counter. This counter is presumably the “magic shop” that is referred to at the beginning of the video.
As they exchange a photo, a chocolate, a piece of glass and other things, each member receive something in return. Jungkook receives a key which leads him to a room where he comes across a shop owner, the same man who gave the commodities to the boys at the counter.

The teaser will surely invite a lot of fan theories and interpretations. What’s most intriguing in the first teaser is the exchange at the shop. If “Magic Shop” is a technique of exchanging fear for something positive then, did boys receive what would become their source of salvation, as shown in Euphoria? Or, did they end up exchanging their happiness for a misfortune?
Only time will tell.
