Danielle Cormack

Danielle Cormack might not be a household name in the United States, yet, but she’s a huge star in Australia. She’s one of the most famous actresses in the country, with hit roles on some of the most famous shows that they air, and her fans adore her. She’s someone that knows what it takes to make a successful career in the acting industry, and it’s not just her gorgeous face and pretty flawless appearance. As she continues to make herself more and more famous across the world, people want to get to know more about her. I don’t know much about her myself, but I’m fairly certain I’ve only ever heard or read her name in a positive light, and that’s an exceptionally difficult accomplishment in the world of fame. It makes me want to learn more.

She’s a mother

Danielle Cormack is a mother, and she is a boy mom. I’m a sort-of boy mom with only one boy and three girls, but there is nothing so sweet as the love a little boy has for his mother; that I know. She’s got a little boy who is ten and another who is five. She’s enjoying their childhood and prefers to spend her downtime with them having some family fun and really being present.

She’s a criminal

When she was in her 20s, Danielle Cormack became a hardened criminal in Spain. She was in jail for three whole days after she tried to steal some ice cream. It helped her prepare for her role on “Wentworth,” and she admits that it was probably one of the stupidest things she’s ever done in her life. It certainly was not her finest moment.

She loves a good upgrade

Let’s face it, anytime someone wants to give us an upgrade is totally and completely fine with us. We love the idea of being given something we definitely didn’t have to pay for as it makes us feel a lot like a celebrity in a world of actual celebrities. I mean, Danielle Cormack is an actual celebrity, but that doesn’t change the fact that she does love a serious upgrade. She’s our kind of woman.

She doesn’t like when people get her name wrong

How many times do you have to put your name on a huge television screen, magazines and other places before people realize that it’s Cormack and NOT McCormack? Danielle CORMACK does not appreciate when people get her name wrong, and she’s absolutely right about being upset. It’s not all that professional to get it that wrong. A misspelling here and there might be an innocent mistake. Changing her name completely, however, is not an innocent mistake. It’s careless.

She believes in equality

We like Danielle Cormack’s opinion on equal pay – that everyone should get it regardless of their gender. We love a person who believes that. Of course, the only people who don’t believe that are kind of uncool. And by kind of, we mean completely. She’s posted about it before on her Twitter page, and she’s right to put it out there for people to see.

She’s a philanthropist

When you have a voice as big as Danielle Cormack, you use it for the good things in life. She certainly does. She uses her voice and her platform to make sure that the kids living across the world in poverty are helped by those of us certainly not living a life in poverty. It’s something she is not afraid to do, and she stands up big time for those who are in need. If only more people across the world were like her, it would probably be a much better world.

She’s funny

If you take a few moments to peruse the social media accounts that Danielle Cormack keeps up with, you will see that she is quite humorous. She has no problem making fun of herself, of saying things that might not seem appropriate to others and that make us laugh. We don’t actually know her, but her sarcastic and hilarious posts definitely make us think she’s the kind of woman we’d definitely be friends with in real life.

She loves art

It seems that Danielle Cormack has a lovely appreciation for bold, bright artwork based on some of the art she’s tweeted for her fans to see. We certainly appreciate her appreciation for art. It’s like something that you can only see from your own eyes and wonder what the artist saw in his or her eyes when creating the art. I know what I see, but I always wonder what the artist and what other people viewing the same art see when they look at it, too. Is that a bit too philosophical for a Friday? Should we discuss something not quite as deep by this time in the week?

She’s aging very well

Did you know that Danielle Cormack is 45? I didn’t; and I’m just going to sit back here and wonder what she does to look so good. She’s gorgeous, but she also doesn’t look like a woman who has spent her time sitting in the doctor’s office having everything nipped and tucked and fixed on a regular basis. Not that we have a problem with doing what makes you happy, we just think she looks like a natural beauty. Remember earlier when we said we liked her? Maybe not so much; I mean, she’s naturally gorgeous so we should probably hate her…but we don’t.

She’s won some serious awards

To be fair, I have no idea which Australian awards are equivalent to which American awards, but I still think the long list of accomplishments, awards and nominations she’s received over the course of her career is pretty impressive. I mean, I’ve never received any from anyone in the acting industry, but I’d be pretty excited if someone nominated me for any of the awards Danielle Cormack has been nominated for and/or won. I’m simple; I’ll take one or two and leave the rest to her.
